I am business strategist with a background in user experience (UX), library science, and ecommerce – particularly as it applies to the book industry. I’m devoted to making digital life intuitive, useful, and beautiful through the creative, interesting, and sometimes radical use of technology.

I am currently Program Manager at Barnes & Noble.com. My past experience includes Razorfish, Time Inc., and the Boston Public Library. My areas of specialization include the user experience of the book, early adoption theory, content management systems, and taxonomies. I’m also currently in the doctoral program for Information Studies at Syracuse University. (Crazy-fun!)

Outside of work, I am obsessed with Bikram, fiction, HGTV, and finding the best grass-fed burger in NYC. I live in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
